Highlight Reels in Pokémon Pokopia are essentially Photo Ops that you can snap with your camera. Some can even give you new frames to use on your photographic masterpieces, but all of them are about capturing your day-to-day life with your Pokémon pals.

Toasty Warm by the Campfire
To get this Photo Op you need to take a picture of any Pokémon taking a nap by a fire. We managed to get Squirtle napping by a Campfire very early on in Withered Wasteland. This unlocks the Fire Spin Photo Frame.
A Gust of Wind to Get It Spinning
For this Photo Op you need to get a picture of any Flying Specialty Pokémon making some Pinwheels spin.
Punching Past the Sound Barrier
For this Photo Op, snap a picture of either Hitmonchan or Hitmon Lee using a Punching Bag. This unlocks the Impact Photo Frame.
Spacious Slumber Party
Take a picture of multiple Pokémon taking a nap together.
Greetings from Beyond the Grave
For this Photo Op, we managed to obtain it by snapping a picture of Litwick by a Gravestone.
Drawn to the Light
Snap a picture of a Pokémon being drawn to lamplight. We did this by taking a photo of Venomoth. This unlocks the Neon Photo Frame.
Found Some Delicious… Trash?
Snap a picture of Trubbish having the time of their lives near a Trash Bin.
Nothing Like a Quick Dip!
Take a picture of a Pokémon having a wash in either a shower or a sprinkler. This unlocks the Bubbles Photo Frame. We’ve gotten this to work with Lombre in a sprinkler, and a more cursed one with Mr Mime in the shower…
Roost and Rest
Take a picture of a Pokémon napping on a Wooden Perch.
This Is the Life
Snap a picture of any Pokémon relaxing in a hot spring. We found this easiest using the natural hot spring in Rocky Ridges.
Martial Arts Training Montage
Get a photo of Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee training together.
Step Right Up, Step Right Up!
We got this photo op by taking a picture of a Pokémon being served by another Pokémon at a shop.
A Hypnotizing Lullaby
Take a photo of Jigglypuff singing their iconic lullaby tune.
DJ Droppin’ the Beats!
Snap a picture of DJ Rotom playing music.

How to get Highlight Reels in Pokopia
To get a Highlight Reel you really need to be in the right place at the right time, and most importantly, keeping your eyes peeled for any hints that a Photo Op is occurring. You’ll get a small notification at the top of your screen that says ‘Get your camera! A great photo op is happening nearby!’
At this point, if you get your camera out and start to pan around your surroundings to find the photo op.
When you focus on the photo op a yellow rectangle will appear on your screen. Press A to take the photo and if you’ve captured it correctly, you’ll collect a photo op.
You can check which Highlight Reels you’ve obtained so far by entering the ‘Collection’ app on your Pokédex and selecting ‘Highlight Reels’.
