What to do with Ho-Oh in Pokémon Pokopia

If you happen to see Ho-Oh flying through the sky in Withered Wastelands, they aren’t simply taking a trip across the town. Whenever you see this Pokémon flying above, they will often drop a Mysterious Feather on the ground nearby; a Rainbow Feather to be specific.

To give you a helping hand tracking down Ho-Oh’s Rainbow Feathers, you ought to look for a plume of smoke in the distance once you see Ho-Oh dropping their feather (which looks like a small ball of fire as it falls). Or if you see Ho-Oh in the sky, check your surroundings for smoke, as they may have already dropped their feather before you spotted them.

The stream of smoke signals where Ho-Oh’s Rainbow Feather has landed, and you should beeline over there once you spot it!

Upon approaching the plume of smoke, you’ll need to use the Water Gun ability to extinguish the fire beneath it and be able to collect the Rainbow Feather. Then, keep good care of it! These items are quite rare.

Once you have collected the Mysterious Feather from Ho-Oh (or Lugia!), the item can be used for completing Daily Challenges and trading with Gimmighoul for new furniture items.
