How to open the Demeniss Castle strongbox in Crimson Desert
To open the Demeniss Castle strongbox in Crimson Desert you need to press the buttons in the right order to create an image of two deers. Before you start this puzzle, I highly recommend making a save file when you’re at Demeniss Castle. This way, if you get the puzzle order wrong, you can revert the save and try again.
From left to right, here’s the Demeniss Castle strongbox puzzle solution and it must be done in this order:
- Press the fourth button 4 times
- Press the first button 4 times.
- Press the second button 2 times.
- Press the third button 4 times.
Once you’ve done this in the correct order, you should get an image of two deers and be able to open the strongbox to collect the reward – the Ogre’s Ring.
Demeniss Castle strongbox location
The Demeniss Castle can be found on the ground floor of the castle in a secret room behind a bookshelf. We’ve marked the location on the map below:
I found it easiest to get into Demeniss Castle by climbing on the roof and entering through a window on the west side (I’ve marked it on the image below). Once through this window, head out of the door and directly down the stairs.
At the bottom of the stairs, look right and you should see a bookshelf here. Walk up to this and interact with it to pass through into the secret room. The strongbox will be right in front of you here.
