As this place is surrounded by guards who are more than happy to pierce you with their lances or toss you outside, you need to be careful. I recommend climbing along the outer edges of Demeniss Castle and then moving across to the rooftops of Demeniss Tribunal.
When you’re on the roof, you’ll want to climb down the south-east tower (this is beside an entrance archway to the Tribunal). On the side facing Demeniss City, there’s a window on the first floor behind a tree. Open this and climb through, this will bring you face to face with the strongbox.
