Withered Wasteland – Shellos Report
The Shellos Report papers can be found next to a wooden bench on a cliff edge to the west of the Withered Wasteland Pokémon Center.
Rocky Ridges – Project Cancellation Proposal
The Project Cancellation Proposal papers can be found next to a desk that’s in an underground area in the northern part of Rocky Ridges.
Sparkling Skylands – Daily Porygon2 Notes
The Daily Porygon2 Notes papers can be found on the east side of Sparkling Skylands, more specifically they are to the west of the east Area Gate.
Ocean Dream Island – New Plan Proposal (name TBD)
The New Plan Proposal (name TBD) papers can be found next to a stack of wooden crates on the Ocean Dream Island.
