Solving the Azerian Manor strongbox puzzle in Crimson Desert is a lot easier than it first appears, as you simply need to press the right buttons to make a picture. How to open the Azerian Manor strongbox in Crimson Desert
To open the Azerian Manor strongbox in Crimson Desert you need to push the buttons in the right order to create a picture. To do this, from left to right, press the first button twice, the second button three times and the third button three times. Do not touch the fourth button!
Once you’ve done this correctly and created the image of two foxes, you can open the strongbox to get the Ancient Earring item.

The Azerian Manor strongbox is in a secret bedroom on the upper floor of Azerian Manor in Demeniss. We’ve marked the location on the map below:
Now, I found that the easiest way to get into this room is to climb up to the first floor small window on the north side of the Manor. This is the window in the corner closest to the wall.
Climb through this then head into the room and out of the door into the main hallway. Follow the path left here, and keep an eye out on your left for a painting on a wall. This is a false wall. Walk up to it and interact with it to pass through into the secret bedroom.
The strongbox will now be on your right in here!
