How to open the Arboria Castle strongbox in Crimson Desert

Here’s how to solve the Arboria Castle strongbox puzzle, going from left to right with the cylinders:

1. Lower the first cylinder 3 times.
2. Lower the second cylinder 4 times.
3. Lower the third cylinder 5 times.
4. Lower the fourth cylinder 4 times.
5. Lower the fifth cylinder 2 times.
6. Press the right-hand button before turning it right.
7. Steal the treasure inside.

For solving this puzzle, you’ll receive an Equipment Manual. Best of all, since Arboria Castle is very much abandoned, you won’t be marked with the theft crime.

If you’re having trouble with this puzzle, then you might need to lower or raise one of the cylinders. Remember – the silver tops must sit within the picture, the black line must be level with the top of the wood and the golden bottoms must sit with the wood.

Arboria Castle can be found in the middle of the Hills Of No Return, which themselves lie north of Hernand and are reached by crossing the Hook Rapids.

Now these hills really do deserve their name as they’re quite dangerous to traverse. Not only are there fallen trees blocking the main road to the castle, but the woods are filled with dangerous yellow mushrooms. Get too close to these mushrooms and they will explode, taking some of your health with them. Watch your step!

When you do reach Arboria Castle, head to the drawbridge as that’s where my direction to the strongbox begins. So, starting at the strongbox, you’ll want to head right until you go down a set of stairs. Next, head left and continue forward until you’re in a room. Now simply head left and up a set of stairs to find a strongbox.
