There are two strongbox puzzles hidden away in the Stellen Manor of Crimson Desert. One of them involves playing a little tune on a piano, while the other is another of the cylinder puzzles which I do not like. Don’t worry though, I’ve got both of the Stellen Manor strongbox puzzle solutions and locations waiting for you down below. Remember to bring your mask!

Stellen Manor strongbox puzzle solution (cylinder)
Here’s how to solve the strongbox puzzle located in the tower of Stellen Manor:
- Lower the first cylinder 2 times.
- Lower the second cylinder 5 times.
- Lower the third cylinder 5 times.
- Lower the fourth cylinder 4 times.
- Lower the fifth cylinder 3 times.
- Press the right hand button before turning it right.
- Steal the treasure inside.
For solving this puzzle you’ll be rewarded with a Finely Crafted Gold Ring. It has a 1 Attack stat and Lv 1 Attack Speed boost. Remember, you need to be wearing a mask to steal this item and the theft crime will be applied to you for a short period of time afterwards.
If you’re still stuck on this puzzle, then you may need to lower or raise one of the cylinders. First, however, use the right button to check the position of the cylinders. Remember – the silver caps need to be level with the picture, the black line with the top of the wood and the gold bottoms need to stay within the wooden section.
Stellen Manor strongbox puzzle solution (piano)
Here’s the solution for the strongbox puzzle located in the dining hall of Stellen Manor:
- First key on the bottom level.
- Third key on the bottom level.
- Fourth key on the bottom level.
- Second key on the bottom level.
- First key on the bottom level.
- Third key on the bottom level.
- Fourth key on the bottom level.
You don’t need to worry about the top set of piano keys at all, so just focus on the bottom level and you’ll solve this puzzle. Remember to put on your mask before attempting to steal the contents of the strongbox.
For this strongbox, you’ll receive the Stellen Manor Closet Key. To use this key, you need to leave the dining room by the room then, in the hallway, go through the right-hand door. This will lead you to a bedroom and the key will open the wardrobe containing a gear. Using the gear will lead you to uncovering something rather torturous.
Stellen Manor strongbox puzzle locations
Stellen Manor is located within Pailune. To be exact, it is found on the eastern riverside of the river running through the country. It can be easily reached by either following this river north from Hernand or south from the city of Pailune.
Once you’ve reached the manor, you’ll first want to climb the tower to the left-hand side of the main door. There will be a lot of guards hanging about the manor, but, as long as you don’t cause trouble beforehand, you should have no problem climbing up the tower and opening the window. If you are worried about running into trouble, then consider doing this under the cover of the night.
This will lead you to the room containing the cylinder strongbox.
For the second strongbox – the musical one inside the dining room – you need to head around the back of the manor. You’ll want to be on the side where there’s a series of thin trees. Once there, climb up the wall and open a window to access the dining room containing the next strongbox.
