Entei is one of the legendary Pokémon you can make a habitat for in Pokémon Pokopia.
Yet, finding Entei works a little differently compared to how you meet regular Pokémon in Pokopia. Plus, in keeping with its history as a roaming legendary, there’s an element of chance to finding Entei. Don’t worry though, I’ll show you how to get Entei in Pokopia down below.

How to get Entei in Pokopia
To get Entei you need to visit the Arcanine Doll Dream Island (Volcanic) in Pokopia. Though you may get lucky when allowing the Ditto or Substitute Doll to select a Dream Island for you.
Though getting Entei isn’t as simple as that. Even though you’ll be visiting the correct island by using the Arcanine Doll, the layout of the island is selected at random and whether Entei appears is included in this. Due to this, there’s a chance Entei might not appear! Since you can only visit one Dream Island per day, you may have to visit the Arcanine Doll Dream Island across a number of days to find Entei. (Or use time travel.)
1. Check to see if Entei is on the Arcanine Doll Dream Island
To see if Entei has appeared on the Dream Island, you first need to head to the mountain in the centre of the island. There you’ll find at least two caves, which will always be at the base of the mountain and may have more than one entrance.
The cave you’re looking for will take you into the depths of the island and, if Entei is present, you’ll run into a wall of black stone and magma blocks. You should be able to spot Entei through a gap in these blocks though!
To reach Entei, you need to either break the blocks (a Hamburger Steak may be required) or squeeze through one of the gaps. Thankfully, Ditto will return to its normal appearance to accomplish this.
2. Talk to Entei
Once you’ve reached Entei, it will ask to see where you live. Definitely say yes or else you may risk having to find Entei again. If Entei is the final legendary dog you had to find, you’ll also unlock the Clear Bell recipe. After this, you’ll be given the option to return to Drifloon with Entei. I recommend taking this option as it will prevent Entei from getting stuck somewhere.
If you do want to continue exploring the Dream Island, you can always return later or leave Entei with Drifloon. It’s a good idea to at least return to Entei’s cave as the Yellow Poké Ball there will give you three Rare Pokémetal.
3. Make a habitat for Entei
Getting back to Entei, you’ll need to make it a habitat once you’ve returned to the main world of Pokopia. Personally, I’ve been making ‘Tall Grass’ habitats for each of the legendary dogs with the goal of making them far better homes later on. I’ve been doing this to ensure they’re saved somewhere, but you’re free to do whatever they like.
When you’re happy with the habitat you’ve made Entei, talk to it and select ‘Wanna move in here?’ followed by ‘Yes, it will indeed’. With that Entei will now be living in a habitat! I recommend spreading your legendary Pokémon across multiple locations as increasing their Comfort Levels will boost the Environment Level more than a regular Pokémon.
Best of luck finding Entei! We’ve got guides on Suicune and Raikou if you’re looking for the other legendary dogs, along with the complete Pokopia Pokédex and Habitat Dex.
