Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis Rumoured To Be Delayed To February 2027 – PlayStation Universe

Crystal Dynamics‘ upcoming Tomb Raider remake, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, could see a delay to February 2027, according to X account Society of Raiders.

The accounted noted that they can’t share a source “for obvious reasons,” and noted that this is why the info is marked as a rumour. Having said that, it’s worth remembering that this is the same account that leaked the existence of Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis prior to its reveal at The Game Awards 2025, so it’s proven a reliable source in the past.

Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis is slated for release on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. The game was confirmed to launch in 2026 during its reveal, but we’ll have to wait and see if this changes based on the above report. In related news, Crystal Dynamics suffered yet more layoffs earlier this year, which is its fourth round of job losses in only a year; despite this, it remains committed to development of both upcoming Tomb Raider titles (the other being Tomb Raider Catalyst).

The Tomb Raider franchise celebrates its 30th anniversary later this year, with Lara Croft’s original adventure arriving for the Sega Saturn in October 1996 before arriving on PC and PlayStation sooner after.
