Not sure, but if it’s a new IP with new writers, new concepts, and the like that formed up mostly after the last game, I wouldn’t expect much out of them for another two years at least. I’m not saying it isn’t canned, just he wouldn’t start on it until Ragnarok was done and they have a long cycles for new IP development.
Santa Monica has built up enough and utilizes other in-house Sony studios to support their stuff often, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they can juggle many new games at once. Especially with Sony now pushing for more support after their Live Service decisions.
