How to pay Fines and Bounties in Crimson Desert

Knowing where to pay off Fines and Bounties in Crimson Desert will help you use your hard earned, or perhaps stolen, cash to pay back society and lower your crime level. Whether or not you then get up to more criminal shenanigans is up to you.

How to pay Fines and Bounties in Crimson Desert

You can pay off Fines and Bounties in Crimson Desert by purchasing a ‘Writ of Absolution’ from a Confessional. You can find them in various Churches dotted across the map.

Simply walk up to them, speak to them and select the ‘Buy Writ of Absolution’ option when it appears. You’ll then be able to see which outstanding Fines and Bounties you have. Simply select one to pay off if you’ve got the right funds!

If you lack the funds then you can always turn yourself in by letting yourself be caught. Once you leave the jail after serving some time, the cost of any outstanding Fines or Bounties on you will automatically be taken from your pockets.

That being said, if you don’t have enough to cover yourself, you’ll end up in debt (your money counter will be red). Each time you earn money from then on will automatically go towards paying off your debt until it has been cleared.
