Fossils in Pokémon Pokopia are rare items that you’ll find while exploring your world and Dream Islands, and while they may seem somewhat useless at first, these priceless Ancient Artifacts are very important for attracting specific Pokémon.
It turns out that Fossils – if successfully rebuilt and displayed – can attract Fossil Pokémon such as Aerodactyl and Amaura to your world. And to help you with completing your Pokédex and inviting these ‘mons to move in, here are all Fossils in Pokopia listed, and how to use them.

How to get Fossils in Pokémon Pokopia
Fossils can be found in Pokopia by destroying any golden, glowing blocks you come across using Rock Smash. These glowing blocks appear throughout your world and on Dream Islands each day, with more of them spawning on Sundays.
If you’re able to fly around using either the Fly or Magnet Rise abilities, you can quickly spot them from above (most of the time).
How to use Fossils in Pokémon Pokopia
Once you have some Fossils in Pokopia, you can go about putting them back together to use as decoration, but more importantly, each set of Fossils is tied to attracting a specific Fossil Pokémon.
On top of that, don’t build your Fossils just anywhere! If you head right of the Pokémon Center in Rocky Ridges and enter the caves there then continue through them past the lava, you’ll eventually arrive at a museum containing Gimmighoul. Here, you’ll find some Exhibition Stands already prepared for you to put Fossils on, and this is the perfect location for rebuilding any Fossils you find.
You can, of course, steal all the Exhibition Stands and build a museum elsewhere if you fancy! Additionally, if you chat to Gimmighoul, he can be used for trading any Lost Relics you may have found.
