There are 12 legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Pokopia. Finding them all is definitely worth your time as increasing a legendary’s Comfort Level provides a bigger boost to a location’s Environment Level compared to regular Pokémon. Yet, in true legendary tradition, these Pokémon are quite hard to find! Don’t worry though, down below I’ve listed every legendary Pokémon in Pokopia and include links to our guides covering how to find them.

All Pokopia legendary Pokémon listed
Below you’ll find all of the legendary Pokémon who make an appearance in Pokopia organised in National Pokédex order (because my brain will scream if I don’t do that), along with links to our guides showing you how to get them:
Articuno
Articuno is the first of the legendary birds from the Kanto region. To meet it in Pokopia, you’ll need to find a building kit and then construct a very big building. On top of that, said building requires one of the rarest materials in Pokopia – Ice. If you want to learn more, check out our how to get Articuno guide.
Zapdos
Zapdos is the Electric legendary bird who hails from the Kanto region. Finding it in Pokopia involves finding a very specific building kit, making room for a sizable building and then gathering an awful lot of materials. To learn more, visit our how to get Zapdos guide.
Moltres
Moltres is the final legendary bird and, just like the ones before it, you’ll need to construct a specific building if you want to meet it. To learn where to find this building kit and the materials required to build it, check out our how to get Moltres guide.
Mewtwo
Mewtwo makes its first appearance in Pokopia towards the end of the ‘Rebuilding the big building’ Important Request in the Sparkling Skylands. After this first meeting, you’ll be able to encounter Mewtwo again and add it to a habitat. To learn how, take a look at our how to get Mewtwo guide.
Mew
Mew is the original Mythical Pokémon and the origins of Mewtwo! How long it takes you to meet Mew depends on luck and your puzzle solving abilities. Don’t worry though! I’ll show you how to get Mew and have the Mysterious Slate puzzle solution waiting for you.
Raikou
Raikou makes its first appearance at the end of the ‘Brighten things up!’ Important Request in Bleak Beach. After finishing this request, you might be wondering where it goes after completing this request. Well our how to get Raikou guide will not only show you where to find it, but how to add it to a habitat.
Entei
Entei is the Fire-type legendary dog and star of the Pokémon 3: The Movie (my favourite Pokémon movie). You won’t meet Entei during the main campaign, but it is hidden away in Pokopia. To learn where, visit our how to get Entei guide.
Suicune
Suicune is the third legendary dog and the best legendary Pokémon in my personal opinion. (And I can’t hear you disagreeing with me.) While you sadly won’t meet it during the main campaign, there is a way to find Suicune in Pokopia. So take a look at our how to get Suicune guide to ensure you can complete your legendary dog collection.
Lugia
Lugia is one of the legendary Pokémon you’ll spot flying through the sky while Pokopia and will drop Silver Feathers when it does appear. While you can’t make a habitat for Lugia, it is possible to meet Lugia and add it to your Pokédex. Check out our how to get Lugia guide to learn how.
Ho-Oh
Ho-Oh is the second legendary Pokémon you’ll spot flying across the sky in Pokopia. It drops Rainbow Feathers and, while it remains out of reach for much of the game, you can talk to it, which will add Ho-Oh to your Pokédex. Our how to get Ho-Oh guide will show you how.
Kyogre
You’ll first meet Kyogre at the end of the ‘Yawn up a Storm!’ Important Request in Withered Wastelands. Kyogre is the third legendary Pokémon you can’t make a habitat for in Pokopia. Instead, you’ll feel a large presence at some point after this point. Investigating this will eventually lead you to finding Kyogre and you’ll be able to have a chat with it.
After this, Kyogre will occasionally appear when you’re near the sea in Withered Wastelands and Bleak Beach. When it appears, Kyogre will make it rain and you’ll be able to have a chat with it.
Volcanion
Volcanion makes its first appearance in Pokopia at the end of the ‘Time to party!’ Important Request in Rocky Ridges. Though, like all of the legendaries you’ll meet during the main campaign, it will vanish after your meeting. To encounter Volcanion again, you’ll need to complete some very specific steps that I outline in the how to get Volcanion guide.
